Job Ref:

Learning Support Assistant - Reception

Liverpool, Crosby

65 - 70 per day

Full time Temporary Contract - November 2020 - July 2021

The role:

Teaching Personnel is working with a mainstream Primary School in L23, Crosby, who is searching for an experienced 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil in Reception with Global Development Delay.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with Global Development Delay in a school setting, and experience working with children with lower level learning abilities.
This is a full time long term role until the end of the academic year in July 2021.

The school:
The school has been graded 'Good' by Ofsted and the school exceeds the government's current floor standards, which set the minimum expectations for pupils' attainment and progress. In the Early Years Foundation Stage children learn well both indoors and outside through the good range of activities taught by adults and chosen by the children themselves. They really enjoy learning to write in the play area set up as a veterinary practice. However, more-able children complete some activities easily without having to think particularly hard.
