Teaching Assistant - Autism

Are you looking for a flexible teaching role in a great school in Seaford?

Position: Full- or part-time Primary or Secondary Teaching Assistant, experience with Autism

Location: Seaford

Salary: �65-80 per day (paid on a weekly basis, dependant on experience)

Required for: 3 days or more, Monday to Friday, 8:45am-3:30pm, starting immediately

Suitable for: graduates, teaching assistants, higher level teaching assistants

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Primary School in the Seaford area and are looking for teaching assistants to support their team on a full- or part-time basis. This post will involve working with children with Autism between the ages of 5 and 19 and experience is desired. All pupils at this school have an EHCP or a statement of special educational needs. The primary diagnosis is ASC, although many pupils have associated needs which are addressed by individual programmes and strategies designed by education staff and the therapists At this time of year, there is also a high demand for day-to-day teaching assistants, so if you are available 3 days or more per week between 8.45am and 3:30pm, then please do get in touch.

In order to be considered:

- SEN experience - working with children

- Proof of right to work in the UK

- Provide 2 references

- Willing to complete a DBS or have a DBS which is already on the update service

In return:
