EYFS SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Trafford (M31)
Teaching Personnel are working with a Trafford-based primary school in search for a Teaching Assistant who can provide one-to-one support for a child with SEN. The pupil is in EYFS and requires extra support staying engaged in their work to encourage development in their basic skills alongside the social side of their day-to-day. This role offers a long-term, full-time responsibility, and an immediate start upon registration with Teaching Personnel.
The child the successful TA would be supporting would not require any specific personal care. Experience in behavioural management would be an advantage, inspiring the patience required to work with SEN.

Requirements:
* Experience with SEN and EYFS
* Knowledge of EHCP plans
* Ability to manage behaviour well
* Commitment to building trusting relationships
* A clear understanding of safeguarding practices
