Jobs are posted by either recruitment companies or end clients and candidates / jobseekers can apply to these posted jobs.
Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
This job site operates outside the scope of the The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 [The Regulations] and users of the site should be aware of this. The site operates as a electronic advertising portal for jobs available and does not introduce or supply potential candidates to recruitment companies or recruitment companies to candidates.
Recruitment companies can post their available roles and in all cases candidates make contact directly with the recruitment company with no intervention by us.
Candidates can upload a CV and allow this to be searched by prospective recruitment companies and employers. We take no part in validating the search results or identifying appropriate candidates for vacancies.
For the avoidance of doubt we do not:
- obtain, validate or verify any information uploaded by candidates; where a recruiter, whether that be an employment agency or employment business or an end client, approaches any prospective candidate it is their responsibility to meet the obligations as outlined in The Regulations.
- carry out any identity check or verification on a candidates identity, qualifications, experience or right to work in the UK; this is the responsibility of the recruiter
- have any opinion or provide any indication to recruiters on a work-seekers suitablility for any vacancies.
- reference any candidate in anyway.
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (the "Regulations") place obligations on employment businesses and employment agencies to ensure they on introduce or supply appropriate candidates for roles.
As the site operates as a electronic advertising portal for jobs available if you are a job seeker you should be aware of the obligations on businesses to undertake the various and required checks to ensure your suitability for a role.
Limit of Liability
It is the users responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of all Content.
Professional Passport Jobs will look to correct any errors or omissions in a timely manner. Whilst Professional Passport Jobs takes all reasonable steps to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date, it is provided on an "as is" basis.

Support Services

Posting Jobs
Professional Passport Jobs wants to ensure that users of the site are able to easily find appropriate jobs with information about the job being clearly presented.
All job postings must be for genuine vacancies and under no circumstances should any posting be made to promote a company or services; this includes franchises, pyramid schemes or other business opportunities.
Links, either URL or email, are not permitted within a job advert. These are available through the send an email link and apply online link.
It is the responsibility of all companies posting jobs to ensure they comply with the requirements set out in law and show no discrimination on sex, race, religion or disability. The poster of jobs indemnifies Professional Passport Jobs against any claims against the company.
Jobs posted on the site will remain live for up to 28 days; any extension to this will be charged as a new job posting.
All jobs are identifiable by their unique posting ID number
Where a job is deleted and reposted this will count as two jobs and be charged accordingly.
Non compliance to these terms will result in jobs being removed; although you will still be charged, and could result in removal of the service.
Dealing with Candidates and Responses
In posting a job you agree to a professional level of service and response times for any candidate that responds to your posting.
You will not do anything that could bring Professional Passport Jobs, or any related companies, into disrepute.
You agree to indemnify Professional Passport Jobs against any claim brought as a result of breaching this or any part of the terms and conditions.
Professional Passport Jobs offers no guarantee of responses to postings.
Using the Candidate CV Database
All rights to the candidates CV database remains with Professional Passport Jobs and at no time do clients acquire any rights to the database, or its content.
Professional Passport Jobs cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
Candidates agree to only upload CV’s and content that accurately represent themselves with no misleading or false information.
Clients can access certain information from the database depending on the product selected and use this information to identify suitable candidates and contact suitable candidates. This information can only be used in connection with the clients own recruitment related activities, no other marketing or contact is allowed.
At no point can data made available through the candidate CV database be supplied, sold, rented, leased or licensed to any other person or company other than the one accessing the information.
Online Payments
If you choose to purchase a product or service, directly from Professional Passport Jobs, via an on-line credit card payment we outsource the actual payment function to Pay Point and your credit card details are taken via their secure server.
Refund Policy
Statutory rights are not affected. Purchases made with third party providers are governed by their T&Cs.
Right to Access
We reserve the right to remove any content, user details, log-in capability and/or access to service; without notice and without providing any reason.

Our Agreement
Our agreement is based on an open ended contract with no specified end date; unless agreed in advance with us.
The agreement can be terminated by giving written notice to Professional Passport Jobs. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon termination.
Professional Passport Jobs can terminate the agreement immediately where the terms and conditions of use are breached.
Professional Passport Jobs will automatically terminate any agreement where a company enters in to liquidation, insolvency or ceases to trade. Any unused credits will be forfeited at this time.
General
If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
