Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Bank Administration at HCRG Care Group you will work alongside our team of dedicated professionals including Consultants, Nurses, Health Care assistant and the administration team.  Our Admin team manage the flow of referrals from Primary Care and contact patients to arrange appointments and provide a central point of communication and co-ordination for clinical staff and patients within the clinics. Other responsibilities will include:


To provide a first point of contact, answering telephone enquiries, taking and relaying messages in a polite and helpful manner, and using own judgment to establish the priority of issues and taking action as appropriate. 
To liaise with Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and other members of the team to provide a quality service for the patients.
To deal with incoming correspondence, using initiative as appropriate.
To ensure all correspondence to patients, GPs and hospitals is processed in a timely manner.
To perform office duties including faxing, typing, filing and other duties as required.
To book patient appointments.
Perform clinic prepping procedures in order to ensure all information is accessible for clinicians

The Ideal CandidateYou will need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
