To provide support to the Commercial team with the administration of the Area 9 M & R Contract, (Highways Maintenance & Response Contract)

Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be carrying out reconciliation of cost and value for recovery through the contract mechanism and assisting with the collation of data for monthly reports and commercial activities required for the contract. You will be providing accurate and timely reports as required and assist with pricing of new works in accordance with the contract mechanisms, whilst assisting with management of Sub contractor work packages
The Ideal CandidateYou will have 5 years relevant post qualification experience and in addition to the above experience the following skills would be advantageous. You will have experience of administering NEC Term Service Contracts & Other NEC forms of contracts,and be able to find positive solutions to complex problems. You will have a good understanding and delivering stakeholder requirements with strong commitment to Health & Safety, Business Improvement, Quality and Environmental principles. You will have a commercial understanding of all aspects of the operations being controlled and understanding and awareness of good customer service principles and practice.
