Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Design and Technology Teacher for an Ofsted rated "good" secondary school in Lytham, Lancashire, who is committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. We are looking for a Teacher with passion, enthusiasm, alongside the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. You will deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning, to help all students to achieve excellent academic results.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an outstanding Teacher of DT or have the potential to become outstanding.
* Be experienced in raising or the desire to raise attainment in a challenging classroom environment.
* Have proven experience working successfully with students of all abilities.
* Have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils.
The successful candidate will:
* Join a highly successful Design and Technology team that has an exceptional track record for training teachers.
* Access staff development - with a minimum of 10 training days and weekly in school sessions.
* Have access to free on-site parking.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
