An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Stage 2 Teacher in the Burnley area. This role is within a year 3 class of around 25 pupils. The ideal candidate would have experience as a teacher in a primary school, have a good understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2 and have a passion for pupils learning.

What is expected of our Teachers:

* Implement positive behaviour management.
* Work well with support staff in your classroom.
* Plan engaging, inclusive, education-based lessons, from a sound knowledge of the national curriculum.
* Address gaps in learning.
* Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.

This is a full-time temporary role, however depending on circumstance it may become permanent.

What we require:

* You to have the relevant qualifications and experience.
* A level 2 safeguarding certificate (this can be completed following your application)
* A DBS on the update service (this can be applied for following your application)
* Professional references from your 2 most recent employers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
