To take control of all quality standards, set the benchmark for quality and carry out relevant training to ensure consistency of quality monitoring throughout the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Administration:</strong></p> <p>Responsible for ensuring that an efficient and effective back-office administration service is offered to managers across our organisation. In addition to this, drive change and make an impact through the implementation of efficiencies and process improvements.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
<ul> <li>Provide operational support across the contract as required and as directed by the Head of Commercial.</li> <li>Support to be provided across all locations/departments and may require ad hoc travel to Ireland.</li> </ul> <p>Support is not limited to the day-to-day operations but also includes supporting with any projects being delivered.</p>
<ul> <li>Advanced Food Hygiene certificate</li> <li>Experience of leading and managing a small team of people</li> <li>Previous operational experience</li> <li>IT literate</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Experience in conducting audits or being audited</li> <li>Proven track record of improving quality in previous roles</li> <li>Experience in a similar role</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment</li> <li>Willingness to learn new skills to be able to work across all departments</li> </ul>
