<p>You will be the forefront of the operational running of all the Food & Beverage aspects of approximately 25-30 events per week. The role involves working alongside the other Assistant Event Managers to manage and deliver these events with the support of a full time events team within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with the training, development and management of the hospitality team in your unit, supervising their performance daily. You will be expected to have strong communication skills and great time management skills to deliver customer service to the highest standard across all the events. Alongside your peer Assistant Event Managers your duties will include the food & beverage ordering, stocktaking, rota writing and booking of additional casual staff.</p>
