Field Biologist Quality Assurance Manager

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. You will have the responsibility for Field Biologist Inspections, the daily management of the audited sites and a team of technical inspectors.
You will train all Technicians to CAT level and support Technicians by visiting and resolving issues on "problem" sites and quality assurance throughout the business. If you have excellent leadership qualities please apply.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must be a BPCA Certified Field Biologist (or in-house equivalent).
- Be confident in training your team.
- An excellent problem solver and have outstanding presentation skills.
- Be approachable to your team and be keen to take them on the journey to achieve the goal of ensuring the business is consistently beyond reproach in every aspect of the services you offer.
