THE SUPPORT ROLE:
The roles will include supporting the teaching and learning of pupils and possibility SEN pupils across the school, you will be working with struggling pupils or those who have become stifled by the curriculum.
You will be helping pupils meet their potential through smaller booster groups and 1:1 sessions throughout the day. Also collaborating with teachers to plan and implement effective learning strategies for each child.
You will be expected to encourage children to engage in learning activities and helping them to develop new skills and support students with personal care (when required).
THE IDEAL SUPPORT WORKER:
* Experience working in schools or Nurseries.
* Must be a patient and reliable for the schools and children.
* Must be able to work well in a team or part of a group.
* Should be able to empathise with their pupils and be able to set a good example.
* Have 1:1 experience with working with children SEN would be a benefit.
* Be proactive in meeting student's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
