Teaching Personnel are seeking full and part time tutors behalf of schools across Preston and the wider Lancashire area, to start tuition in the new Academic Year.
As a NTP Tutor, you will be:
* Working closely (in person) with students either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups of up to six pupils.
* Delivering sessions to primary students as well as working up to Year 7 to Year 11, who are currently working below expectations.
* Delivering sessions in line with subject curriculums, so strong knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential.
* Responsible for completing sessional feedback forms for their students on a weekly basis.
The Role:
* The working hours will be 9 am to 3 pm full-time or part-time from Monday to Friday.
* Rate of pay is competitive and would vary between �25 to �40 per hour (depending upon group size and experience).
* Roles will be starting in September 2023, however there may be tuition opportunities from May 2023.
Requirements:
* Full qualified teacher status or at least 6 months tutoring or teaching experience with the National Curriculum
* If no QTS is held, a degree in subject specialism is essential
* Ability to provide references that total 24 months of employment from a 10 year career history

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
