We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our friendly team based in Ballidon.

Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Support the development of the Maintenance Structure and to deploy the Inspections and Planning functions across the plant to support reliability across a specific fixed asset base
Responsible for the Inspection, Planning and Maintenance of the plant and will also have responsibility over ensuring the correct resources are distributed on outage days best utilising the wider teams
Supervision of any maintenance carried out on shutdown days supporting the Stone Maintenance Supervisor with feedback on the tasks carried out
Improve the inspection, planning and maintenance functions
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Maintenance Supervisor will have experience of:
Time served mechanical apprenticeship
ONC/HNC or equivalent in mechanical engineering is essential
NEBOSH and/or IOSH Managing Safely
Five years mechanical maintenance experience
Line management and leadership experience
Sound knowledge of operational production plants and material handling equipment
Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail with confidence to address actions with peers/line manager
Demonstrate ability to prioritise decisions, propose actions and managing own time is essential
