A Good-rated primary school is seeking a Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 1 students.

Roles and Responsibilities:
**To plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and ensure their progress and attainment.
**To create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.
**To monitor and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents, carers, and senior leadership.
**To effectively manage classroom behavior, using a range of strategies to promote positive attitudes towards learning and manage challenging behavior.
**To work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress and development.
**To participate in staff meetings, training, and other school events as required.
**To contribute to the development and implementation of the school's policies and procedures.
**To ensure the health, safety, and welfare of pupils at all times.

Requirements:
**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
**Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in a UK-based school
**Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
**A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a high-quality education to all pupils
*A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
