Litigation Solicitor (property disputes, contentious probate & employment cases)

Location: Oldham, Great Manchester

Salary: Very Competitive (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join an established solicitor's firm with an aspiration for excellent promotion prospects. You will be specialising in employment litigation, with particular expertise in handling complex property disputes and contentious probate matters

For the right candidate they will have the opportunity to run the department and subject to performance have Partnership prospects.


- Managing the workload of Employment litigation cases
- Handling property disagreements, including ownership disputes
- Managing landlord and tenant disputes
- Overseeing re-possession and eviction proceedings
- Resolving disputes related to property matters
- Handling right-of-way disputes
- Managing boundary disputes
- Handling contested probate cases
- Managing debt recovery and repayment processes


- Have minimum 5 years PQE as a litigation solicitor
- Focus on attention to detail
