Health Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ) LeadLocation: Raheen LimerickCompetitive salary and range of excellent employee benefits Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced QHSE Lead to join our established team.  Working predominantly at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site at the largest greenfield pharma site development in Raheen Limerick, you will be responsible for implementing programs and providing QHSE support and governance.  In this role you will support the local implementation of the clients QHSE program, to include (but not limited to; L1 self-inspections, risk management, management review, BCP and EQMS) to ensure compliance within Ireland. As a key member of team, you will support investigations, analyse root-causes, and implement corrective actions where QHSE deficiencies are discovered. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.  About You  Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:  Experience in the pharmaceutical regulated (GxP) environment, particularly in a quality function, laboratories, and facilities management areas. Experience and background in auditing.Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications, which clearly define findings and their causes, and recommendations made.Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, and generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem.Engaging style in order to successfully deliver GxP / EHS training.Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are required, with an ability to recognise the values within different cultures and acknowledge different ways of working. Qualifications required: Life sciences degree (or equivalent, relevant degree) What we offer Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
