0 Provide 3rd line support for key business applications. Ensure capacity, availability, security, and continuity for all application components. Document and implement functional changes to business applications. Coordinate user acceptance tests for new application releases. Identify application requirements and improvement opportunities. Build and implement new business solutions, including system integrations. Collaborate on new systems, changes, and issues. Assist in training users and creating training materials for key applications. Manage development and testing environments across all systems. Excellent customer service Motivated individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and works well under pressure Proven experience in an application support role Hands on experience with software analysis, testing and technical documentation. Understanding of database technologies (MSSQL, SSIS, SSAS) including excellent working knowledge of creating, analysing and refactoring of SQL queries. Exposure to and understanding of: EPOS Systems, ERP Systems, Systems Integration and Data Transformation Platforms, Ecommerce Platforms, and Reporting Technologies Experience of rota work outside of core hours to support the IT team in resolving major incidents and implementation of changes. A full clean driving license is essential as travel between group sites may be required.
