What we are OfferingUp to £36,000, depending on experience.Eligible for flexible benefits.Permanent full-time position.Monday to Friday working week.Onsite parking.Please see our attached benefits guide for all we have to offer. Your Role as a Quality and Compliance LeadColchester Garrison is currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Lead to support the HSEQ Manager in ensuring standards of service are met through KPIs that align with contractual terms and SLAs agreed with the client. This strategic role would be suitable for someone who is a self-starter and has direct facilities management experience.As the Quality and Compliance Lead at Colchester Garrison, your role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation and management of the internal and external auditing function for the operational business area, ensuring close out of improvements are adhered to within stipulated timelines. Through this you will promote an ethos of continuous improvement throughout the business and identify areas for improvement through analysis of audits and customer feedback.
