Your Role as a Quality and Compliance LeadColchester Garrison is currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Lead to support the HSEQ Manager in ensuring standards of service are met through KPIs that align with contractual terms and SLAs agreed with the client. This strategic role would be suitable for someone who is a self-starter and has direct facilities management experience.As the Quality and Compliance Lead at Colchester Garrison, your role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation and management of the internal and external auditing function for the operational business area, ensuring close out of improvements are adhered to within stipulated timelines. Through this you will promote an ethos of continuous improvement throughout the business and identify areas for improvement through analysis of audits and customer feedback. You will work closely with the HSEQ Manager to support with a variety of audits as well as supporting in quality projects.This is a role strategic role that will require you to be proactive, meticulous and strategy focused. The Ideal CandidateEssential: Experience or knowledge of Facility Management contracts.Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001.Level 2 Food Safety (CIEH) and Level 2 Health and Safety (IOSH) qualification.Good level of numeracy/literacy and an effective communicator as part of team.Driven by quality, providing highest standards of service at all times.Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.Familiarity with internal and external audits.Desirable:ISO 14001 and 45001 knowledge Whilst the ideal candidate would fit into the above points, we would implore applicants with the relevant transferrable skills to apply for this role, as you may still be a great fit!
