Opportunity to join the Entegra UK&I Customer Experience Team.As part of our Customer Experience Team, you will, handle service issues and queries, and provide appropriate solutions for our customers. Working within service levels and using our help desk system you’ll provide an excellent level of customer service via telephone, email or screen sharing.As a member of the Customer Experience Team, you will deliver our financial payment service known as Central Billing to our customers and suppliers. Working with deadlines, you will ensure the integrity of our service remains intact whilst delivering customer service excellence.Originally founded in 1993 as PSL in the UK, Entegra is a leading global purchasing organisation (GPO) and subsidiary of Sodexo; specialising in providing procurement solutions for the hospitality industry, including in the UK; providing advice, operational support, digital tools and corporate social responsibility. Why join our business / team.Part Time application will also be consideredRole Responsibility:Manage the day-to-day query ticket service complying with the business SLA’s and policies. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to provide resolutions to queries and complaints escalating where necessary to ensure a positive customer experience is maintained. Using our in-house financial system, manage and process customer invoice data.Records and tracks the progress and status of all invoice queries and disputes accurately for business reporting, highlighting where immediate remedial action is required in line with deadlines. Where disputes remain in place resulting in historical customer aged debt, you will be expected to liaise with all parties to understand the problems, offer solutions to support resolution, and secure customer payment.  Package Description: Competitive salary + excellent benefits package including wellbeing & training allowances, private healthcare, pension, bonus and more.The Ideal Candidate:A real team player, with a positive can-do attitude. Multitasking and effective planning are key requirements of the role.
