Key tasks:To take incoming calls, answering customer enquiries and taking Instructions.Being able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company’s procedures and processes which would be applicable.Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and arrangements; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.Clearly explaining, in simple language the services we offer and making sure that it is what the client requires.Organising the legal paperwork required for a cremation. About You:A high degree of understanding is paramount to the post, as it involves the general support of the elderly, vulnerable, the bereaved and their families. You will need to have a caring and compassionate manner and be sympathetic to their circumstances.The successful candidate will have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, with strong computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to prioritise your workload.
