We are currently looking for a Targeted Tenancy Officer to work with a Local Authority to provide a tenancy management service across the borough.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting tenants with non-emergency service requests (i.e., ASB)
- Completing visits to tenants who may need tenancy related support
- Providing advice to customers on tenancy related matters
- Overseeing work related to voids and new lettings
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working within a similar role with another Local Authority or Housing Association
