What you’ll do: 


Maintenance of all machinery.
Annual Refresher Training.
Grass Cutting.
Grass strimming.
Hedge Trimming.
Shrub and tree pruning.
Removal of weeds and litter from beds, plant containers, pathways and grassed areas.
Laying out and planting bedding.
Fine turf maintenance.
The marking out and preparation of sports pitches.
Digging and mulching.
The watering of plants, beds and plant containers.
The collection and removal of waste arising from such activities.
Gritting and snow clearing.
Emptying of external waste bins.

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.
