Technical Support Specialist
The exciting SaaS startup are looking for a customer/technical support engineer to join their team. They are looking for the candidate to ensure inbound customer technical support requests are responded to and addressed. Coordinating internal teams to assign customer support requests appropriately and to provide a single point of communication back to the customer.
You will ideally have experience:
- Dealing Directly with Customers ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
- A technical predisposition and comfort with logically investigating problems and interpreting technical information, e.g. from log files.
- Analytical approach that looks for recurring themes and patterns that can be learned from.
