Job role : Head Barista
Location : London, Tottenham Court Rd Station, Oxford Street
Salary : �16-�16.50 per hour
Shift Pattern : Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week

Head Barista Requirements:
* You'll have a proven background in high volume cafes or coffee shops and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience supervising a team with flexible approach to the role
* Able to guides team members with programming machines, coffee grinders and adjusting shots to ensure the perfect extraction time
* Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, teas, bakery items, coffee brewing and blended products
* Passionate, friendly, diligent and a great team player
* Ability to display passion for everything about coffee
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good organisational skills
