Main ResponsibilitiesAs one of our most experienced and trusted developers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our enterprise deliveries by taking the lead engineering role on our larger projects.You will contribute to business development – speaking to prospective new clients and contributing to pitch decks for new projects. You will be expected to take responsibility for the day to day oversight and management of the team of cross disciplined engineers directly assigned to your project. Leading from the front, you will set the standard for ‘what good looks like’ by assuming a hands-on approach to delivering functions, features and code. Direct day-to-day involvement with the team will be central to your role. You will extend the range and influence of your insight by taking an active role in our departmental working groups. You will assume ownership of key initiatives aimed at evolving our processes and tooling, ideally through assessment and utilisation within your projects. Your ability to successfully oversee the delivery of key projects while also building the capabilities of those around you is central to the growth of the department and business.
The Ideal Candidate 


Previous consultancy or business development experience is highly desirable
You are comfortable presenting your ideas to clients.
You are adept at translating product and business requirements into technical solutions
You are forward-thinking and proactive.
You have a wealth of experience with public cloud technologies, cloud hosting, container, and networking design patterns, tools and standard methodology (primarily using Microsoft Azure).
You are experienced in .NET/C# 
You have a strong understanding of both building and integrating with APIs
Understanding of DXP solutions (e.g. Umbraco, Sitecore, Optimizely for example) is optional but desirable
You have a strong understanding of considerations in planning a project's technical roadmap to support organisational goals and growth
You are comfortable capturing and documenting Non Functional Requirements, ensuring they are considered throughout project delivery
Youa re experienced in designing solution and application architecture to meet the needs of a project and future vision
You are able to support a team with troubleshooting issues, analysing the problems from a high level view and prioritising/delegating technical approach to resolution.
You are experienced in planning and hosting technical workshops, engaging with project stakeholders and 3rd parties.
