Your role encompasses overseeing stock allocations, managing replenishments, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. Leverage your analytical prowess, mastery of replenishment systems, and a keen eye for shelf availability to boost our operational efficiency and effectiveness. By forecasting with precision and managing inventory changes meticulously, you’ll help maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring high availability with minimal overstock. We support a flexible working model, offering the chance to work from our Wakefield office, with convenient access to the M1 and complimentary parking, twice a week, as well as the option to work remotely. Manage stock ownership at SKU/store level and process order allocations. Improve forecast accuracy for store/SKU to enhance year-on-year performance. Predict future sales, considering seasonal and promotional activities, to ensure optimal in-store availability. Fulfil new store stock plans and range launches within set timeframes. Maintain system updates with stock data and generate stock reports. Address third-party stock, delivery, and invoice issues promptly and professionally. Oversee both internal and external purchase order processes. Collaborate with suppliers and stock control for timely order completion. Handle international bookings and documentation, including customs, for third-party deliveries. Ensure precise purchase order management and forecasting in merchandising systems to assist the Inventory Management Analyst. Good knowledge/experience of Supply Chain and Stock Management principles/processes Good knowledge of Excel, Relex similar replenishment systems Good written and verbal communications skills at all levels Experience in Supply Chain / Store Stock Management / Logistics / Operations Demonstrable drive & commitment and willingness to learn and adapt Good levels of planning, organisational skills and the ability to multi task Experience working in a retail environment is advantageous, but not essential Strong analytical & numerical skills
