This role will be offered as a hybrid working role between Belfast and home. Reporting to the Head of Estates Strategy, this role will be responsible for leading the Asset Management function and sub-consultants in the delivery of technical and professional asset management services, including for example: building fabric, M&E, lifecycle maintenance, energy & sustainability, fire safety and structural engineering. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of all contracted asset management outputs; in particular, the delivery of all asset management plans, asset condition surveys, technical and management reports and analysis in order to develop capital plans of work and influence maintenance strategies that align with site longevity assumptions.
