A day in the life of... As a customer care representative, you'll spend your time doing so much more than just answering customer queries, here's a little bit more about what you'll be getting up to:



Answering a high volume of calls in the contact centre, whilst always being compliant and rolling out the red carpet for your customer


Gaining and maintaining customers' trust through your product knowledge, expertise and troubleshooting skills


Using problem-solving and people skills to assure swift resolutions


Offering a first time resolution every time – ensuring the customer experience is not affected


Liaising with relevant departments to ensure customers journey is progressed efficiently 


Adhering to company processes were necessary


Ensuring that your admin is in check


Honing in on your listening skills which allows you to have really relevant conversations with your customer
