Autism Anglia is an independent charity that provides care and support to autistic children, adults and their families in East Anglia.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Income Generation to join the Senior Leadership team. This role will be vital in shaping the future of Autism Anglia’s portfolio of different income streams and support growth across all services.This full-time, permanent opportunity is well suited to a Director of Income Generation with previous experience in fundraising or business management. Working from our Head office in the heart of Colchester’s city Centre, you will need to be a charismatic leader. A strategic thinker and role model who thrives on achieving target-focused income. The Role:Lead the delivery of Autism Anglia’s income generation strategies that will see the charitable income achieve the set financial targets.Lead, direct, and manage the work of the income generation teams with passion and agility ensuring income streams are maximised.Ensure Autism Anglia’s brand and reputation continue to be of high quality and innovation maintaining the high profile across East AngliaDevelop, implement, and deliver a robust income strategy.Jointly with the Chief Executive be responsible for reporting on new commercial developments and opportunities.Ensure the execution of the strategy through the production of annual plans and with achievable KPIs.Provide expert advice on all issues relating to fundraising ensuring income initiatives are assessed for commercial viability and value for money. Applications are welcome from Directors of Income Generation who:Hold a professional qualification or offer proven experience in Fundraising or Business Management     Offer strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to excel as a team.Offer advanced communication and presentation skills.Offer excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong Knowledge of all major fundraising techniquesKnowledge of information and communications technology, particularly fundraising through new mediaIt is essential that you can manage complex projects and operations under budgetary constraints  To Apply:If you have a genuine passion for supporting and uplifting others, your outstanding future at Autism Anglia could be moments away.
