Join us in this exciting journey and play a key role in redefining what's possible in our industry.What you’ll do:Manage assigned IS&T-focused categories, increasing international coverage and driving efficiency.Develop and lead category management sourcing strategies across the UK & Ireland.Collaborate with global buying teams to align and implement global category strategies.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Supply Management in the UK.Ensure compliance to company policies, maintaining a focus on risk mitigation.Manage a pipeline of projects and initiatives based on business need and opportunity analysis.Monitor and report on the performance of the Global Supply Management. What you bring:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Buying/ Category Management. Experience in IT procurement would be particularly relevant. Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural and matrix environment.Proven track record in contract negotiation and commercial performance improvement.Graduate calibre, working towards CIPS/ISM or equivalent qualification.Strong presentation skills, both verbally and written, with excellent communication abilities.Financial acumen, results-oriented, with a focus on revenue generation and savings.Flexibility for international travel where required; fluency in English, French/Spanish a plus.What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
