We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to assist a Local Authority in Southeast London with various projects.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Completing surveys on the borough’s portfolio of properties
- Ensuring contract management processes are completed
- Preparing technical drawings
- Monitoring budgets and progress of works
Candidate requirements:
- RICS member
- Understanding of relevant legislations with regards to health and safety
