IFM Operational Excellence LeadLocation: Hybrid with regular travel across the UK and IrelandSalary – £60,000 - £65,00010% Bonus, £5,000 Car Allowance & a range of other additional benefitsSodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional to join our established team in corporate serviced as an IFM Operational Excellence Lead. Working in partnership with senior leaders both for Sodexo and our prestigious global manufacturing client, you will lead and have oversight of innovation and business improvement across the client sites in the UK and Ireland.  Drawing on your experience in IFM management and innovation you will actively seek and deliver growth opportunities and contribute to cost savings across our hard and soft service operations. Through a combination of work with our onsite teams and Sodexo leadership you will be at the forefront of positive change and improvement to both delivery and the cost of our industry leading FM services.  By joining Sodexo, you will be part of something greater, working in an environment that fosters innovation and supports your professional growth. Become a valued member of our team, where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.About You Experience and knowledge required for this role: Demonstrable experience of working in an operational role within facilities management at comparable level Proven ability to manage multiple services to agreed specification and within agreed financial parameters. Knowledge and understanding of FM site operations to recommend, implement and complete projects Knowledge and experience of labour optimisation Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of contract compliance  Effective communicator both orally and in writing, with the ability to influence without formal authority. Ability and willingness to develop employees and support career growth Good financial acumen, able to interpret and analyse financial information. A good understanding of contract law and the ability to negotiate key contract terms What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
