What you’ll do:
Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems
Act as a first-line response to activations & incidents, or fault reporting.
Log and transfer calls, relay messages, and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff.
Planning and implementation of forward scheduling and reaction to short-notice cover requirements for security officers
Ensure the scheduling of security rotas for Sodexo sites is implemented.
Monitor and supervise the delivery of customer support requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensure cleanliness standards are met.
What you bring:
Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management, as well as local police and fire authorities
Excellent computer skills are required.
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Experience working in a similar role is a must.
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
