What you’ll do:     


Supervise and co-ordinate daily cleaning operations
Train and mentor cleaning staff to ensure a high quality service
Inspect and evaluate cleanliness standards
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment 
Collaborate with management to implement efficient cleaning processes


What you bring: 


Proven experience in cleaning services with supervisory skills
Strong organisations and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Ability to handle scheduling and resolve and issues effectively

CTC security clearance required for this role
Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends
£12.50 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
