We are committed to empower people to rebuild their lives and regain independence. The service you will work in….As a senior member of the Business Development Team, you will help us explore opportunities for partnerships that will drive growth, develop existing services and strategically manage relationships with key stakeholders. A day in this role looks like….As a Partnerships Development Lead at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Business Development team. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Identify new business, project themes, funding streams and further partnership working opportunities across both Local Authorities and the NHS.Explore integrated funding models with joint-funding from ICBs & Local AuthoritiesUnderstand procurement practices and keep up to date with commissioning trends and priorities in social care, support, health and community developments nationally, but particularly
in London & the Home CountiesAttend meetings with Commissioners, tender briefings and strategic and partnership forums as required.Influence Hestia's development strategy, ensuring that potential new growth opportunities are evaluated, developed and, where suitable, transferred into live projects to meet development targets in the IBDT Strategic PlanDevelop partnerships and consortia as viable and effective methods of service delivery, expanding Hestia's reach/impact.Undertake ongoing research in Health & Business Development models, presenting findings to wider teamAttend internal best practice and policy and strategic development working groups on behalf of the team.Support the re-development of existing services to secure additional/alternative funding/efficiencies as per agreed work plans and area-based requests.Maintain a high level of understanding of what is happening at a political and strategic level in the voluntary / support sector and with the delivery of services, to improve Hestia's bids & proposals.Why Hestia?Joining Hestia means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
