Carlton Avenue is located in Harrow, with local shops and restaurants just a short walk away, with Harrow shopping centre within a few minutes' drive. Convenient transport links are easily accessible, with Kenton train station and bus stations just a five-minute walk away. 
Adjacent to the service area is a local park where you can unwind and relax. This park is popular among people we support who enjoy incorporating nature into their physical activities such as yoga. 
As the Registered Manager at our cosy nine-bedroom Carlton Residential home you and your team will provide the best standard of care for the people we support. We have even designed the bedrooms to cater to individual preferences, ensuring the utmost comfort. 
The home offers 24hr support and features a communal area, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a spacious accessible garden, which our team members and the people we support enjoy throughout the Spring and Summer months. 
You will work closely with the clinical team and other professionals to meet the unique needs of the people we support. Leading your team, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the home, including recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning. Ensuring the safety of all, you will motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled, and happy.
