As a Logistics Operative in Macclesfield - SK10 2NA, you will be responsible for a delivering a professional service within our prestigious corporate building. You'll enable smooth operations and drive excellence for our teams. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater.
What you’ll do:
Customer facing role so must have the ability to converse with all levels of client staff.
Portray an excellent company image.
Computer literate
Support other service functions as required. Liaise closely with loading bay and mail room team.
Liaise with management, customers and contractors that are involved in receiving or assisting with the day - to - day provision of the logistics service
Handle complaints and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
General deliveries across the site, including some waste pickups.
What you bring:
Proven experience of knowledge of “key” service and awareness of operating standards within this service, hands on ability to deliver a service
Ability to resolve problems
Ability to understand technical excellence in their fields
Ability to understand a set of SLAs
Good level of technical competence
