An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join our extremely successful finance team.

We are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Payroll team function on a permanent basis. As the Payroll Specialist, the main purpose of the role will be to be working as part of a team where you will provide a first -class service and be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of the payroll service for approx. 3,000 UK employees split across three monthly payrolls.

This opportunity would suit someone used to working in a fast paced environment and dealing with a high volume of payroll. The role is a busy, hands on role, spanning all aspects of payroll and benefits administration.


End to end payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing and HMRC/legislative requirements.
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Good working knowledge of Excel
Flexible Approach to work
Confident telephone manner
Experience of using IRIS/Cascade payroll system
Payroll Qualification
Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
