Salary: £24,141.57 per annumThe role is full time position 40-hour per week, all mandatory training to be completed and Sodexo uniform and name badge to be always worn.We are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Escort that can maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and prisoners at HMP Peterborough. As you will be the first point of contact for contractors, so a high discretion needs to always be displayed and strict confidence to be maintained in all matters. You will need to be polite, positive and always behave in a professional manner. The ideal candidate:All offers are subject to vetting and clearance checks.You must have a proactive approach to Equality and Inclusion.You will need to be able to perform tasks alone or in a team to a high standard without constant supervision.A proactive approach to Health and Safety.Good initiative as you will be working alone escorting staff, visitors, or contractors. You will need to have customer service skills. You must also have the ability to challenge inappropriate behaviour if needed.
