We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Coventry team supporting people that are currently experiencing homelessness.We help people with budgeting, signposting to various supporting agencies, maximising income and offering wellbeing support. Our aim is to ensure people have a secure and safe place that they can call home.As a Tenancy Support Worker your role will be to provide support to families in Coventry that are living in temporary accommodation. You will help parents and children by providing advice on how to manage a tenancy and ensuring they are accessing the correct benefits, as well as attending meetings regarding the family when requested. You will also work in partnership with various supportive agencies around the city.We are looking for someone who has an understanding of safeguarding, is able to provide personalised 1 to 1 support, has an understanding of creating support plans and is comfortable with lone working.If you are empathetic, a great listener and want to help people, then this could be the role for you!What We OfferIn return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
