Join our team as a Rotational Physiotherapist, where you'll provide essential assessments and treatments across various clinical settings on a 6-month rotational basis. Your rotations will span diverse environments including MSK outpatient clinics, community Re-Ablement teams, in-patient community hospitals, Falls Clinic, Movement Disorders Clinic, Complex Needs, Community Neuro, and Stroke Service. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to rotate into The Royal United Hospital, Bath.

You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating professional standards while empowering service users to achieve their full potential post-injury or illness. Embrace autonomy in your clinical practice while benefiting from a supportive supervisory structure. This role may entail occasional evening and weekend work, contributing to the holistic care of our community.

Main Responsibilities
To manage a patient caseload, minimizing clinical risk and ensuring a high standard of care.
Conduct physiotherapy assessments, treatment planning, and implementation to high standards
Communicate effectively with patients
Collaborate with colleagues and agencies for goal achievement and effective discharges
Flexibility for evening and weekend work as required
Maintain accurate electronic patient records
Possess a valid driver's license and insured vehicle for transporting equipment.
Maintain competency through CPD activities

The Ideal Candidate

Hold a professional physiotherapist qualification and be registered with HCPC.
Maintain membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and evidence CPD in a portfolio.
Demonstrate effective rehabilitation experience.
Possess competent IT skills and thorough knowledge of NHS systems and processes.
Exhibit clinical expertise in respiratory practice and conduct comprehensive patient assessments using advanced techniques.
Take clinical responsibility for a specialist caseload.
Formulate and deliver treatment programs based on evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
Hold a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
