As the primary representative of Sodexo for new site mobilisation, your ability to liaise effectively with both technical and functional experts is crucial to ensure that we provide exemplary service at all sites.This position demands a unique blend of skills and experiences, from navigating the complexities of health and safety compliance to mastering the art of people management and stakeholder engagement. Your background in catering, especially within the hotel or education environment, will be invaluable as you support our on-site team and clients through transformative change programmes.Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity. This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland.  What you’ll do:Lead the management of Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation relating to integration of sites ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained up to date.Take overall responsibility for ensuring that the mobilisation and change plan reflect agreed contractual terms.Work with Accounts Manager to ensure all new contracts are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible according to KPIs and contractual agreements Lead HR function where necessary with recruitment, induct, motivate, manage, train and develop all employees following Sodexo HR policy and guidelines Continuously seek ways to enhance quality through innovation and cost efficiency by monitoring performance against existing standardsManage day to day contact with key stakeholders  For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description   What you bring:Experience of working in a catering environment Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing service operationsManagement of large and diverse teamsManage multiple workloads and shifting prioritiesAbility to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial informationExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levelsA proven ability to set one’s own standards and operate to performance criteriaSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environmentFlexible, agile, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsWhat we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
