This is not your usual service consultant position, we expect the best and pay according to performance delivered to the Business and revenues overall. We are a fast growth and fast paced business and we expect the best performance from our colleagues, and reward accordingly. There is plenty to go at, with over 500 cars on average per month coming through the doors!
Hours of Work: Full-Time, Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 17:30, Sat: 08:30 - 13:00 (Rota)
Service Consultant Requirements:
* Strong sales skills with a passion to learn further.
* Unrivalled proven Customer Service skills from an Automotive background.
* Presentable with excellent telephone and organisational skills.
* All rounder who will get stuck in where the team may need.
* Able to work alone, under pressure as well as part of a larger team.
* Passionate individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
* Valid clean UK driving license.

* Experience using Desktop and other mobile software applications.
* The successful candidate will be entitled to join the company bonus scheme after probation and will be rewarded in line with team achievements.

* OTE: �18k- �60,000k+ pa (Typical OTE: �30-45k pa)
