OUTDOOR EDUCATION INSTRUCTORSituated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education. We run a prestigious and well-established Summer School for children aged 8-16 from approximately 40 nationalities. Each year we create a vibrant international community where our staff play a critical role in creating a happy and formative summer experience for our students.  We are looking for an Outdoor Education Instructor to work within a small team supporting the on-campus adventure elements of the course (e.g. climbing, mountain biking, bushcraft etc), developing and delivering a fun and exciting programme that makes the most of our excellent facilities and extensive campus. Applicants must have a relevant breadth of outdoor education experience and qualifications. Experience of working in an educational, boarding or summer school environment is also required. Summer School operates two courses, and we are looking for Outdoor Education Instructors to cover the full duration where possible, although we would be prepared to discuss some flexibility.   2024 dates, including mandatory induction, are: Tues 2nd July – Mon 5th August Residential position with full board.  Competitive Salary. Gordonstoun is striving to build a team that is truly inclusive. **Skills Required**

Experience working in an educational/boarding/summer school environment.
Strong and proven organisational and communication skills

**Qualifications Required**

Relevant outdoor education qualifications to support a broad adventure programme (e.g Climbing Wall Instructor, Archery Instructor, Swimming Pools and Paddlesports Instructor)
Recognised First Aid qualification
A full, clean driving licence
