**Skills Required**

Experience working in an educational/boarding/summer school environment.
Strong and proven organisational and communication skills

**Qualifications Required**

Relevant outdoor education qualifications to support a broad adventure programme (e.g Climbing Wall Instructor, Archery Instructor, Swimming Pools and Paddlesports Instructor)
Recognised First Aid qualification
A full, clean driving licence
