As a General Operative, you'll be tasked with assisting with all fabrication needs, utilising machinery like saws, drills, lathes, brake presses, and guillotines. Your responsibilities also include preparing kits for delivery, working as part of a team to maintain excellent quality standards, keeping the workshop and surrounding area safe and tidy, and strictly adhering to health and safety policies.
Hours of Work: 7:30 am - 16:00 pm, Monday to Friday, overtime available
General Operative Requirements:
* Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
* Ability to work to processes and procedures
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Good timekeeping and live within a commutable distance
* Must be able to lift metal components the role very physical.
Desirable:
* Counterbalance forklift licence
* Gantry crane licence
