We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef in [ Cambridge CB20AA] to join our culinary team! We're committed to culinary excellence and creating a memorable dining experiences. What you’ll do:
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning
Assist with overseeing the day to day operations including efficiency and quality
Foster a positive work environment
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
Assist in managing the inventory, ordering suppliers and controlling costs
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume setting
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education
Strong communication and organisational skills
Creative approach to menu development
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
