We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our team. This role leads the finance shared service centre teams in Long Eaton and Bristol, totalling c15 people.This pivotal role will provide robust accounting and management information to our Brandon Hire, ESS and MEP divisions.Key Responsibilities Leading and developing the Finance teams to ensure a high level of service to the businessDelivering accurate and timely month end accounts and other financial information to the customers of the SSCEnsuring balance sheet reconciliations are complete, accurate and timelyMaintaining effective process controls whilst driving process improvements within the teamBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with operational teams and other SSC and group functionsWhat We’re Looking For CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)Experience of working in a shared Service Centre environment and team management is desirable but not essentialExperience of accounting processes in a large/high volume organisation is essentialYou must have a positive attitude and wish to take responsibility for the quality of customer service provided by the finance teamYou will have the ability to prioritise workload to ensure both short and long term goals are metYou should be able to provide clear evidence of working to and meeting deadlines in a pressurised environment.Flexibility – as the role covers our SSCs in Long Eaton & Bristol there would be regular travel required to these locationsWhat We Can Offer You 25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany PensionLife Assurance coverPrivate medical cover (for self)Save As You Earn SchemeCycle to work scheme Free on-site parkingRegular Discounts (eg.
