Salary: £38k - £44k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, offering expert guidance in business immigration matters and assistance on matters concerning asylum and human rights.
The Role:
As an Immigration Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on immigration laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads across Immigration, Nationality, Asylum, and Human Rights law.
- Handle Business Immigration, Family-based Immigration, and Judicial Review challenges.
- Conduct Statutory Appeals and Human Rights claims.
- Oversee administrative tasks and maintain client care.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of PQE.
- Knowledge of the administrative procedures and substantive law.
- Passion for Immigration Law.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in a second language other than English would be preferred.
